Conditions of Entry

• The entrant enters the competition by entering their email address and contact details via the competition sign-up form.
• The prize is $500 worth of product at RRP. It is not redeemable for cash.
• Entries will close at midnight on Sunday, November 12th 2023.
• The winner will be drawn the following day and will be notified by email.
• This competition is a once off draw that is run by Peaberry Kids.
• The competition is only open to Australian residents.

Winning Determination

• This is a game of chance.
• The winning entry will be drawn at random out of all entries during the promotional period at the promoter’s office on the 13th of November 2023.
• The winner will be notified at this time via email.
• The promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid or ineligible entrant is drawn.

Other Conditions

• If Peaberry Kids deems that this competition is not viable or able to be conducted as originally anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Peaberry Kids, Peaberry Kids may, in its absolute discretion, alter, suspend or cancel the competition as deemed reasonably appropriate.
• Peaberry Kids reserves the right to reject or disqualify an entrant if it believes the entrant has not complied with these Terms and Conditions or if it believes that an entrant may undermine the legitimate operation of this competition.
• By entering into this competition, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and Peaberry Kids's Privacy Policy.
