Returns & Exchanges: Your Peace of Mind

We recognize the uncertainties of online shopping. If you're not entirely satisfied or simply change your mind, we've made returns straightforward:

  • Return Window: You have up to 30 days from the purchase date to return your items.
  • Condition: Products should be in the state you received them, complete with original packaging.
  • Refund Details: Refunds are based on the purchase price. Please note, gift wrapping fees are non-refundable. If you opt for a return, we'll deduct the delivery fees from the refund amount to cover our initial shipping costs.
  • Return Shipping: Customers bear the return shipping costs.

Faulty or Damaged Products: We've Got You Covered

Despite our best efforts, if you receive a faulty item:

  • Return Window: You can return it within 30 days from the purchase date.
  • Refund Details: Refunds are based on the purchase price. Gift wrapping fees remain non-refundable.
  • Return Shipping: For faulty or damaged items, return shipping is FREE within Australia.
  • Replacement: Once we receive the returned item, we'll dispatch a replacement, subject to availability.

Address Issues: Let's Sort It Out

Mistakes happen. If you've provided an incorrect shipping address:

  • Interception: We'll attempt to intercept the order, but due to our swift shipping process, interception isn't guaranteed.
  • Returned Orders: If an order returns to us due to an incorrect address, you can opt for a reshipment or a refund. Reshipment fees apply, and postage costs (including return postage) aren't refundable.
  • Non-Returned Orders: If an order doesn't return to us due to an incorrect address, we cannot be held responsible.

International Orders: A Global Reach

For international orders, all associated shipping costs, whether for purchases, exchanges, or refunds, are borne by the customer.
